• The price above includes rent, bed linen, water and waste costs, basic household needs (dishwasher powder, soaps, etc.), electricity cost up to limit, and an adequate amount of firewood per day.
• The price above does not include electricity costs above 80 kWh (LowTarif) and 800 kWh (HighTarif), if the usage is above this limit, the excess has to be paid at the end of the stay.
• The price above does not include a recreational fee for the village Korenov, which is newly 20 CZK/day/adult (no fee for kids under 18)

At the beginning of the stay, our housekeeper will collect a deposit of 2.000 CZK, which will be returned at the end of the stay so long as there is no damage or losses and the electricity costs have been paid.

After previous experience with a frequent, however unintentional, losses of key sets by our guests, we have taken measures that we charge now a flat fee of 300 CZK per lost set of keys. Thank you for understanding.
